In 2007, the PCF published Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly: Oil Paintings in Public Ownership, as part of its mission 'to create a complete record of the nation's collection of oil, tempera and acrylic paintings in public ownership.' The records are to be made available through a series of catalogues which will in time go on-line. Ultimately the purposes include the raising of funds for the conservation and restoration of paintings for the organisations that participate in the project.
